Message	sensor goes bad, you will want to drop the timing and raise the fuel for safety's sake. Without the detonation sensor, it can't detect knock so if it is detonating, it wont take any counteractive measures. By raising the fuel and dropping the timing in this case, you are helping to maintain safety in the event that the gas you have isn't up to snuff.
